NCA Congratulates Afghan Athletes on Achieving Medals in World Karate Tournament in Romania

The National Coalition of Afghanistan congratulates our Afghan karate athletes for their impressive performances during the 2013 3rd Ashihara Sabaki World Championship Tournament, which was held in Bucharest, Romania from November 1-2. International athletes from over twenty five nations competed in the tournament. 

Our participating Afghan athletes once again illustrated their impressive talents as they achieved 1 Gold, 3 Silver and 5 Bronze medals, placing third in the overall medal list. Through their continued hard work and determination, our athletes have once again made the Afghan people proud of their achievements, further adding to our country’s recent sporting successes.  The National Coalition of Afghanistan once again conveys its praise and best wishes for the continued success of all of our national athletes. The Afghan nation stands with them in full support.
